World Handcrafts Celebrates Chinese New Year!
Posted by mennonitequiltcenter on Thursday, January 27th, 2011

Guest storyteller Youhua Liu will share Chinese folk tales
on Tuesday, Feb. 1 at 3:30 pm. Liu currently resides in Reedley thanks to a
one-year volunteer exchange program via Mennonite Central Committee.
Sample Asian cuisine on Thursday February 3 as you shop and view our treasures from East Asia. Items include Vietnamese ceramics, Indonesian pottery, home décor, and fashion accessories.
Whether you come to shop, eat, or hear a good story, we know you’ll have a good time ringing in the Chinese New Year at World Handcrafts. We look forward to celebrating the year of the Rabbit and wish you good luck in 2011!
